Abstract


The learning process aims to develop the potential of a student to have the personality, intelligence, and also necessary skills. Because being communicative really helps us to practice self-confidence and also helps us to dare to appear anywhere and anytime with positive goals, so that we can make ourselves much better. This study informs the factors that cause students to be uncommunicative in the learning process using data mining methods. Data mining can be defined as the process of collecting information or patterns that are not yet known manually from a database. The data was used by giving questionnaires to students with several variables, namely: Personal, Lecturer, Friends, and Environment. Lecturers become criteria that affect students who are not communicative in the learning process with the highest gain value, namely 0.2424241.
